Task 7 (Introduction) Graffiti has long been a subject of debate, with conflicting opinions on whether it should be considered art or vandalism. Taking into account the arguments presented in Task 5, I have formed my stance on graffiti, recognizing both its artistic qualities and the concerns associated with its unauthorized presence. In this expository writing, I will explain my position on graffiti by discussing its artistic expression, the need for permission, and the impact it has on public spaces. (Argument 1) Graffiti as Artistic Expression. One cannot deny that graffiti serves as a canvas for artists to express their creativity and voices. (Argument 2) The Importance of Permission.
